About Coleman LLC

Coleman LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. It owns and operates MyNextDeal at mynextdeal.app. MyNextDeal is a trade name of Coleman LLC.

MyNextDeal helps real estate investors find financing for investment properties. It is a matching service. MyNextDeal is not a lender and does not make loans.

How MyNextDeal works

  1. 1. The investor sends a request

    An investor fills out a short form on mynextdeal.app with the property, the loan they need and how to reach them.

  2. 2. We match the request with lenders

    With the investor's agreement, MyNextDeal sends the request to up to two private money lenders whose criteria fit the deal. The investor can see which lenders received it.

  3. 3. Lenders follow up

    The matched lenders contact the investor by phone or email. The investor can track requests and message lenders from their My Deals account.

  4. 4. Lenders pay for introductions

    Investors pay MyNextDeal nothing. Lenders pay MyNextDeal for each introduction.

The loans are business-purpose loans for investment property.

Text messages from MyNextDeal

MyNextDeal sends text messages (SMS or RCS) about loan requests only to investors who agree to get them. An investor opts in by checking the optional text message box on a MyNextDeal form, or by turning on text alerts in their account. Texts are not required to use MyNextDeal or to get matched.

What we send

Confirmation of a loan request, the lenders it was matched with, call scheduling and reminders, replies from our team, alerts when a lender sends a message, and occasional MyNextDeal offers. One-time sign-in codes are sent only when someone asks for one.

How often and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email joe@mynextdeal.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number

We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Consent is shared only with the providers that deliver our texts. Lenders who receive a request do not get permission to text the investor.

MyNextDeal: Thanks, Sam. We got your loan request for Colorado. A lender will reach out soon. Reply STOP to opt out.
